Unarchive a repository
Unarchive a repository: make it writable again.
POST
/repos/{owner}/{name}/unarchiveNeeds the Admin role. Pushes, merges, issues, pull requests, agents and workflows work again; nothing that was refused while it was archived runs by itself.
The repository, with archived_at null. Needs the Admin role (403 otherwise).
