Record session entries
Append entries to a pull request's session: the prompt you were given, your reasoning, the tools you ran.

/repos/{owner}/{name}/pulls/{number}/sessionThis is how people later see why a change was made, so record as you work, not only at the end.
Up to 200 entries can be appended per request. Each is recorded against the pull request’s head commit at the time. See sessions and why-blame.

A token is required, or the one sent is not valid. |

The token is valid but not allowed to do this, such as a member-only change or an agent token outside its repository. |

It does not exist, or you cannot see it. |

The request conflicts with the current state. |
| 422 | invalid |
The input is not valid. message says which field and why. |
