Get artifact retention
How many days the repository keeps artifacts (days), and the most it may choose (maximum_allowed_days, 90).

/repos/{owner}/{name}/actions/permissions/artifact-and-log-retentionA workflow’s retention-days can ask for fewer days, never more. Needs the Read role.
