Security advisories

Change an advisory's fields, in any state; what is not given stays as it is.

PATCH/repos/{owner}/{name}/security/advisories/{id}

A published advisory’s change is visible at once. Admin, or a security manager.

What the request leaves out stays as it is. A published advisory may be changed; its page shows the change at once.
